Shipping Policy
At Unar, every garment is individually hand-painted and made to order. As each piece is crafted with care, production timelines may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the design.
Your order will typically be handcrafted and dispatched within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines
Domestic orders (India): delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service.
International orders: delivery timelines vary based on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
Please note that the above timelines are estimates. Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen production requirements. If there is any significant delay in processing or shipping your order, our customer support team will keep you informed.
Shipping charges
Free shipping on all domestic orders across India. International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and will be added at checkout or communicated before dispatch.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Currently, Cash on Delivery is not available. We accept prepaid orders only.
Delivery attempts
Our courier partner will contact you before delivery whenever applicable. If you are unavailable, up to three delivery attempts will be made. If the shipment is returned to our studio due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or non-response, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
As every Unar garment is handcrafted and made exclusively for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. We encourage you to carefully review your size, shipping address, and order details before completing your purchase.
