At Unar, every garment is thoughtfully hand-painted and crafted with care, making each piece unique. As each order is created especially for you, we follow a strict No Return, No Exchange Policy.

In the rare event that your ordered fabric or material becomes unavailable and we are unable to recreate your design, we will issue a full refund.

Our customer support team will contact you via email or phone to collect your bank account details for processing the refund.

All refunds are processed only through bank transfer and will be initiated within 21 working days after receiving the required bank details.

Please ensure that the bank details shared are accurate. Unar will not be responsible for delays or failed transfers due to incorrect account information provided by the customer.
